Delete your NutriScan account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open NutriScan and go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen).
2. Under Privacy, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from your account's email address to support@nutriscanapp.org with the subject "NutriScan account deletion". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, password hash) and profile data
• Your entire food log and statistics
• Meal and label photos you uploaded
• AI coach conversation context and bug reports tied to the account

All of the above is removed permanently; no data is retained after deletion.
